The aim of a Master Plan is to provide a comprehensive set of guiding instructions for use by the client as a blueprint for future work as the project progresses through the detailed design phases. It also acts as a document to inform potential investors, local or government authorities and other stakeholders of the project elements.
We define a Master Plan as a well-considered and commercially viable project plan for a future development that draws upon results from the Vision Plan and the key conclusions from the Commercial Feasibility study.
The Master Plan culminates in a report that combines high quality imagery with informative text that presents an overview of the design process, proposed circuit designs, 3D architectural renders, land use strategies, key information from the Commercial Feasibility study and a project cost estimate.
We have provided our master planning services to numerous clients who have used an Apex developed Master Plan, with supporting content, as a tool to gain investor interest and answer questions raised by investors, regulators and other stakeholders, facilitating the project to progress onto future stages of design work and into construction.
